8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you, the customer (“User”), may cancel or request a refund for the SaaS (Software as a Service) products/services provided by Bizmindz Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, applicable in India.

i. Cancellation of Subscription

a. User-Initiated Cancellation:
The User may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written notice via email or through the cancellation option available in their account settings. Upon cancellation, the User will retain access to the SaaS product/service until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged for the subsequent billing periods.

b. Automatic Renewal:
If the subscription is set to auto-renew, the User may cancel it before the renewal date to avoid any further charges. Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in the automatic renewal of the subscription for the next billing cycle.

ii. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Service Downtime: If the SaaS product/service is unavailable for a period exceeding 72 hours due to technical issues, the User may be entitled to a refund for the downtime period.
• Non-Performance or Material Defect: If the SaaS product/service does not meet the specifications or is materially defective, a refund may be requested within 14 days of the subscription date. A refund request will not be entertained if the defect is minor or does not materially affect the functionality of the service.

b. Refund Request Process:

• The User must initiate the refund request by sending an email to support@antideo.com within 14 days of the subscription charge.
• The User must provide all necessary details, including the reason for the refund, the subscription ID, and any relevant documentation.

c. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Subscriptions that are part of limited-time offers or promotional discounts.
• Cancellation requests made after the expiry of the refund request window.
• Refunds will not be provided for any services that have been fully used or accessed during the subscription period.

d. Processing Time for Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days from the approval of the refund request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

iii. E-Commerce Compliance

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following additional points apply:

a. Clear and Transparent Pricing:
The Company provides clear and accurate pricing details for all its SaaS products/services. The pricing is displayed on the subscription page, including taxes, and any additional charges or fees that may apply.

b. Customer Support Contact:
The User may contact our customer support team for any queries related to cancellations, refunds, or issues with the SaaS product/service at support@antideo.com

iV. Redressal of Grievances:
If a User has any grievances regarding cancellations or refunds that have not been resolved, they may escalate the issue to the National Consumer Helpline or file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

V. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the SaaS product/service if:

• The User violates any terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Service.
• The User engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• There are payment issues that remain unresolved after due notice.

Vi. Modifications to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, with prior notice to the User. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Company’s website.

Vii. Governing Law

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, particularly the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
